My Little Boy is 1....and a month!

I'm SOOOO behind on my blogging! Brady Boo turned 1 on November 13th! I cannot believe a year has gone by. There is no way!! It has flown by and I wish I could slow down time with these little ones. Brady is ALL boy! I love him so and I am so thankful that the Lord gives each of us our own personality and characteristics that makes us...us. Brady is constantly moving...not much snuggle time or just hanging out with this little boy. I say "no" at least 50 times a day...many times it is about the same thing. He is into everything, resulting in most of the doors in my house being closed. He smiles so easily, he is so social and LOVES people. He gives kisses, says "Hi" (and a few other words), loves to "talk" on the phone and can walk across the room. Happy Birthday my little boy!! I'm so grateful for you!

Fall Fun

Well, I think I'm caught up on our October! I love this time of year. There are so many things to do and time to spend with the ones you love. Fall is also a reminder of how Awesome our God is in how He changes the seasons and gives us beautiful things to remember Him by. Hope you are having a wonderful Fall as well.

My Princess & Turtle!

We had a fun-filled Halloween. Starting with the party during the day, then we had a party to go to that night. There were lots of kiddos...I think somewhere around 16. It was a fun night with friends and then on to see family. M & B were super cute!

Halloween Party

We went to a fun Halloween party during the day at an old college friend's house! Super fun with crafts, apple bobbing, and fun treats! Macy got a hold of the little girls' pom poms and wouldn't let them go.... so she was a princess...with pom poms!

Daddy's Girl

Oh I love these two so much!! They have so much fun together. So thankful for a husband that is the perfect dad for a little girl...and little boy!!

Pumpkin Patch

We went to a new Pumpkin Patch this year...at least to us!! It was such a fun place and we had a great family day!!

Racing for the Cure

Last Saturday was Race for the Cure. If you have never done this race it is so overwhelming and filled with so much emotion. There are so many people. So many people celebrating victory over cancer and so many mourning loved ones lost to cancer. This year we were able to get my mom, her two sisters, my cousin, my step-cousin and Macy & I to walk in the Race together. We all walked in Memory of My precious Grandmother Bobbie Moncrief. Granny died 3 years ago this month, 2 months before my Macy was born!! We all regret so much that Granny didn't get to meet Macy or Brady for that matter. They would have been the best of buds! I miss her so and really think about her weekly. She was a precious lady that had so much wisdom and always kept us laughing. Cancer took her from us, but I know she is whole and well now in Heaven with her Savior! We miss you Granny!!

Weekend at the Duck Club

We spent last weekend at Whit's families Hunting Club with some of our good friends. It was a fun weekend and as relaxing as traveling with kiddos can be. Especially when our friends have a 6 week old!! Highlights of the weekend were Macy had a two night "bunking party" with one of her best friends, Madison, Brady started clapping and waving & Macy caught two fish. Here are a few of the over 200 pictures I took!!

Happy 30th Birthday Whit!

I can't believe my husband is 30!! It sounds so grown-up! After a weekend of the 3 out of 4 of us having a stomach bug, it wasn't looking as if his day would be that great! But, thankfully, we are all well and we celebrated with a few friends & family tonight at U.S. Pizza! It was a great night of celebrating a great man! Can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for him in the next 30.

Nails, Nails, Nails!

Macy spent the afternoon with her two fun great aunts. They made a trip to Wal-Mart and this is what she came home with....press on nails!! Hysterical! She is quite the girly-girl. As soon as she walked in the door we had to open the package and put them on. After her bath (w/ she had to take them off for) she wanted to play with them some more. I left the room and came back and found her putting them on her daddy!!
