Macy Louise

I just had to post a few precious pics of our precious little girl. (Not to exclude Brady!!) Macy is becoming quite the little person. She speaks in sentences and we find ourselves laughing at the fact that we regularly have conversations with our 2 year old. She is the sweetest big sister to Brady or as she calls him "Brady Boo." She loves on him all the time and talks to him in the sweetest voices. He will for sure have two mommies. She keeps us laughing with the funny things she says and her expressions. We are so proud of her and just had to brag a little. We love her so much and feel so blessed to have such a sweet little girl.

Canvases

I have been painting canvases for a while. I started on some for Macy's nursery when she was born and then did some for Brady's Room. Now I have a few friends that trust me enough to paint some for them! Here are a few of the things I have done. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you!

Compare and Contrast

So I've been trying to decide if Macy and Brady look anything alike. I decided to compare a picture of the two of them at the same age. I STILL don't know what I think. I think there are parts that are similar. Noses are different. It will be fun to see when B gets older. Let us know what you think!

Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day was great this year, but definitely different than years past! Whit and I attempted to go to a movie Wednesday night (first time to go on a date since Brady has been here) only to get to the movie, sit down with our coke and chocolate covered almonds, right when the previews ended...and then...my phone rang. Brady was screaming and had been since we left. So...we got a refund on our tickets and headed right home. He had been having some major tummy trouble for the few days before that. My poor mom was babysitting and hated to call us, but we are so glad she did! If we had found out after the fact that she dealt with a screaming baby and a 2 year old the whole time we would have been quite upset.
On Valentine's Day Whit was so sweet and went shopping for all three of us. We awoke to 3 gifts on the kitchen table for myself, Macy & Brady! He did a great job. Then me and the kiddos met my mom and two aunts for lunch. Then we ended the day at dinner with the four of us at U.S. Pizza! Our Valentine's romance has changed a bit, but we really had so much fun. We have plenty of years to go to movies! Here are a few pics from the day and two of my favorite Valentines.

These are Brady's feet peeking out from under the blanket in his car seat! :)

A Cold Walk

On Sunday after church and naps, we decided to get out for a little family walk. Both kiddos wore new hats and looked oh so cute. We even had Dakota. Whit found it a little more challenging than he thought to have Brady on his chest and a 130lb dog on a leash! We got to the end of the street and realized it was MUCH colder than we thought. So much for an outing! We got some cute pics out of the adventure though! Maybe we will wait until Spring...

Funny!

So I was doing laundry today and I had a pile of clean clothes on the couch that needed to be folded. I left the room for a few seconds and when I returned this is what I found...
That would be 7...count them (we did) SEVEN pairs of my undies around Macy's neck! And a "Look Mommy!" She was so proud! At least they were clean! :)

My Sweet Family

Macy wanted to get in Brady's crib with him the other day when we went to get him up for a nap. They were too cute laying in there together, so of course I had to pull out my camera. So fun! Can't wait for these two to become big buddies!

We think Brady looks just like Whit's dad in this pic.
Piled up in Daddy's lap! It's a good spot. I love that Brady is already a ham at 11 weeks old. He smiles so big for the camera.
